The Outlet Village Belaya Dacha was developed by international real estate firm Hines and was the first project of its type in Russia. Leasing agreements were signed with luxury brands, including TSUM, which opened a 528 sq.m TSUM Outlet, Ferragamo, Trussardi, Burberry, Karen Millen, US Polo, Louvre, Escada, Wolford, Van Laak, CK Jeans. Brands including No One, Fabi, Baldinini are represented in 3 separate stores in total area of 649 sq.m. Sports fans enjoy the Puma store of 345 sq.m. and 1,295 sq.m. An outlet housing Adidas Original, RockPort and Reebok all have been open with great success. Food operators include Il Patio, Planet Sushi, Italian Osteria, Red. Expresso Bar and Сoffee Shop.
A new warehouse became the final unit of the logistics complex by the Belaya Dacha Group
The existing warehouses (total area 110,000 sq metres) has been complemented by a new warehouse with total area 32,000 sq metres. This is a modern warehouse built of light metal constructions and sandwich panels with anti-dust coverage and 12 meter height which ensures multi-level pallet storage racks.

The total volume of investment into the project was $160 mln, with $100 mln spent on Phase 1, including the cost of the land. Investors in the project were the Hines International Real Estate Fund and Belaya Dacha Group
BMW dealer center was opened on March 17, 2010.
New AutoKraft center (official BMW dealer) was officially opened on March, 17, 2010.
BDA, Belaya Dacha Subsidiary (General Manager - Denis Novikov), led multifunctional car dealer center and bodyshop construction and Belaya Dacha Development participated as developer.
